By accessing or using Episto.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Episto.app is an AI-powered application that helps users generate test questions from lecture notes. The Service:

• Uses artificial intelligence to create multiple-choice questions from uploaded documents
• Automatically creates Google Forms and Google Sheets documents
• Stores generated content in the user's Google Drive account
• Requires a Google account for authentication and data storage

3. User Accounts and Registration (Kullanıcı Hesapları ve Kayıt)

To use Episto.app, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EPİSTO. APP AI STUDIO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the questions generated from your content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Google Services Integration (Google Hizmetleri Entegrasyonu)

Episto.app integrates with Google services (Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets) through Google OAuth 2.0. By using the Service:

• You agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You authorize Episto.app to access your Google account for the purpose of creating and managing files
• You understand that Episto.app will only access files it creates
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or quality of generated questions
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPİSTO. APP AI STUDIO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Termination (Fesih)

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease
• You may delete your account and associated data
• Files created in your Google Drive will remain unless you delete them

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
